Project Overview:
The City of Canterbury Bankstown Council selected Jensen Park as their first site for a synthetic football field in response to an increased need for an all-weather facility to accommodate community football training and competitions.
Polytan secured the contract to convert the existing natural football field and adjacent training area into a FIFA Quality-certified synthetic field. The project included:
• The installation of Australian Made LigaTurf HB250 surface with improved site drainage
• Surrounding spectator seating, LED lighting, fencing and essential equipment.
The Results:
This was the third project Polytan had completed for the City of Canterbury Bankstown Council having previously completed The Crest athletics track in XX and the Bankstown Hockey Centre in XX. Polytan has and continues to delight in any opportunity to work with the Council.
