R.Iconic Rooftop Running Track

Partnering with Hickory Builders Polytan installed a state-of-the-art rooftop running track in Port Melbourne. This project posed unique challenges due to its location, but Polytan’s expertise allowed us to create a remarkable rooftop space.

Project Challenges: 

• Elevated Location: The rooftop is situated five storeys above ground level, posing logistical and engineering challenges. 
• Complex Layout: The running track had to navigate around meeting rooms, landscaped areas, small courts, a gym, and pool which required precise planning and execution.

• Custom Design: Working closely with Hickory Builders, Polytan designed a custom layout for the running track that integrated smoothly with other rooftop amenities. 
• Installation: The installation was carried out with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the track’s evenness, and visual appeal.
• Safety Measures: Polytan incorporated safety features such as non-slip surfacing and clear track markings to enhance user safety. 

• Unique Amenity: The rooftop running track became a unique amenity, adding value to the property and enhancing residents’ quality of life. 
• Durability: The UV-resistant nature of Spurtan WT at R.Iconic ensures the running track will remain in excellent condition for years to come.
